Workshop Team Leader

The company currently has a vacant position for a Workshop Team Leader, to be based in Johannesburg
Objective of the job:
Execute engine repairs, engine rebuilds, stripping, investigation and possible dyno testing on Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa engines by applying Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa standard documentation work practices and ensuring that Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa specifications are met at all times.
Assist to develop and implement new more efficient production processes to add value to the production of engines.
Key Performance Areas & Duties:
Inspect all incoming jobs part condition according to the job requirements.
Carry out all repairs/overhauls/inspections in the production facility on engines and/or mechanical systems to the highest quality standard.
