Workshop Team Leader

The company currently has a vacant position for a Workshop Team Leader, to be based in Johannesburg

Objective of the job:

· Execute engine repairs, engine rebuilds, stripping, investigation and possible dyno testing on Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa engines by applying Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa standard documentation work practices and ensuring that Rolls-Royce Solutions South Africa specifications are met at all times.

· Assist to develop and implement new more efficient production processes to add value to the production of engines.

Key Performance Areas & Duties

· Inspect all incoming jobs part condition according to the job requirements.

· Carry out all repairs/overhauls/inspections in the production facility on engines and/or mechanical systems to the highest quality standard.
