Job Overview

The Resident Engineer – Workspace ONE will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and operational management of Omnissa Workspace ONE within an enterprise environment. This role involves hands‑on Level 3 support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and Omnissa support teams to ensure a stable, secure, and high‑performing digital workspace platform.

Location: Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur

Experience: 3 to 9 Years

Compensation: MYR 90,000 – 144,000

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Workspace ONE administration, endpoint management across multiple operating systems, and identity/access integrations, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.
