Worship Director

This position will provide specialized leadership, direction, and oversight for the worship ministries at Renfrew Baptist Church which primarily consists of leadership to the Sunday Morning Experience.

Ministry Director Duties Those recognized as ministry directors within Renfrew Baptist Church should be able to verbalize a sense of a God given calling to a vocation of Christian ministry. They should be able to articulate a theology/philosophy of ministry that shapes their engagement as a leader of leaders in a specific area. They must have gifts that are strategic to the fulfillment of the position description.
