Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner

Overview:
An outstanding home-care service company is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners to make visits to Patients Homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities in PA. These positions offers excellent work-life balance with no on-call duties and a weekday schedule! Cities of coverage include Pittsburgh, Scranton and Harrisburg, PA! (3 positions available attached to a city of coverage)
Details:
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities or Patients Homes, visiting patients to provide direct wound care
• SNF or Home visits, 6-8 a day
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements:
• Must have both NP license
• Wound care and home care experience preferred but not required; open to new grads
