Requirements: The facility Wound/Skin Care Coordinator, duties and responsibilities as a result of education, experience and NHC orientation, and ongoing corporate learning.

CLINICAL: 1. Adhere to established medical/ nursing practice standards and facility policies and procedures2. Provide wound care consultations and educational support to residents and their family regarding wound care management.3.
