WPS MARITIME LOGISTICS MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
Drive growth, generating business for Maritime Logistics (ML) department.
Obtain profitable results by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
Manage sales administration functions, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes where possible, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customers service can flourish.
Manage the sales, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets mainly in line with our principals’ requirements.
Ensure that sales activities are in line with Wilhelmsen’s code of conduct.
