WSH Coordinator

We are BCA Registered & Bizsafe Star signage company located at Loyang Drive.
We are a factory that design, fabricate and install signage for our clients which range mostly in construction, government agencies and shopping malls. We are seeking to employ a full time WSH Coordinator in house.

Job Responsibilities
1.Extensive preparation of Risk Assessment, Fall Protection Plan to obtain approval for works
2. Prepare PTW forms prior to works starting on site.
3. Arrange for workers to attend client site SIC.
4. Able to do CMS system for online permits.
5. As and when required, to meet safety officer on site / attend meeting to clear paper works.
6. Attend factory visit by SCDF/JTC/MOM. To follow up and rectify accordingly to close comments.
7.Maintain a proper record of workers Training certs/SIC records/Work permits status.
8.To prompt workers expiry in certification and send for training.
