WSH Officer - EHS / HSE / SHE

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHE Management System in accordance with ISO standards and Singapore legal requirements

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep documentation current

• Conduct site inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments

• Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures

• Support development and implementation of Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) system

• Coordinate SHE matters with suppliers and contractors

• Maintain and update SHE records and documentation

• Collect and analyze SHE performance data for reporting

• Monitor workplace assessments and notify stakeholders of health hazards

• Coordinate procurement and distribution of safety equipment and PPE
