WSHO cum ECO is responsible for overseeing Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental compliance for HDB construction projects. The role ensures full compliance with statutory requirements, project specifications, and company policies while promoting a safe and environmentally sustainable worksite.

Job Responsibilities

Workplace Safety & Health (WSHO) Duties

• Act as the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer under the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Safety & Health Management System.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and WSH guidelines.
• Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety training.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
