Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with WSH Act, subsidiary legislation, Codes of Practice, and MOM requirements.
Act as the appointed WSHO and liaise with Clients or main contractors, MOM, auditors, and relevant authorities.
Conduct risk assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and review Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits; rectify unsafe acts and conditions.
Investigate and handle workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses; submit reports to MOM as required.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and WSH briefings.
Maintain WSH documentation, records, and monthly safety reports.
Promote a strong safety culture across projects.
Requirements
Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM
Diploma/Degree in WSH or civil engineering
WSQ /Advanced Certificate in WSH
Minimum 5 years of relevant WSH experience (construction preferred)
