Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered up with Durham Regional Police Services to recruit a WSIB Specialist to join their team in Whitby, Ontario. 



Reporting to the Supervisor, Member Wellness, Engagement and Support, the WSIB Specialist is responsible for the administration of occupational and non-occupational claims. The Specialist will administer, analyze and report on claims. The Specialist will represent the Service with outside agencies, such as the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Canada Life (CL), Parklane and other external stakeholders as required. The Specialist will be responsible for the administration of all required employer documentation to support claim related appeals/tribunals.
