Shape impactful HR strategies as a Strategic Talent Advisor at WSP. This 12-month contract partners with senior leaders in Transportation & Infrastructure to enhance workforce culture.

WSP is on the lookout for a Strategic Talent Advisor or HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership teams. Your role will encompass aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, providing coaching during transitions, and interpreting key HR metrics for better decision-making. You will also lead initiatives that promote diversity and engagement across the organization.
