• Airfreight departments sales and marketing activities of agency services.
• Prepare Airwaybills as per IATA regulations.
• Co-ordinate with Transport department for cargo delivery.
• Send pre-alerts.
• Prepare Checklist & Export invoices.
• Prepare airline sales reports and arrange airline settlements.
• Electronic filing.
• Any other responsibility as per management requirements.
• Invoicing.
• Monthly Report.
