WTG Construction Manager - Philippines

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated On-Site Construction Manager to join our wind turbine project team for utility-scale wind power projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, crane operators, and civil contractors to ensure all construction and erection activities are planned, coordinated, and executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and review lifting and erection schemes for wind turbine components, including tower sections, nacelle, and blades, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with civil contractors on the design and preparation of crane hardstanding areas, including load-bearing capacity verification, surface preparation, and drainage requirements.
