工作內容
1. Lead and guide MC team members to achieve KPIs in order to meet the production plan and company forecasts effectively and efficiently.2. Good communication between upper and lower levels and management of the MC team to execute the decisions and plans of upper level management in order to achieve the company's objectives.3. Understand the escalation and reporting flow for troubleshooting and providing advice to meet raw material control work and company objective.4. Plan the training program and develope MC team members's professional skill.5. efficient in using office software and SAP & SRM system to fulfil the work.6. Responsible for the purchase of materials for PMX production.7. Fulfillment /Inventory Management
