X-Ray/CT Technologist

Overview

Upholds the Mission, Vison and Values of Michael Garron Hospital. Helps create a safe environment for patients, staff, families, physicians and volunteers. The technologist in General Radiography recognizes safety as a priority for Diagnostic Imaging.

The technologist will perform radiographic procedures at a technical level that produces optimal images with independent judgment. Will be involved in teaching and evaluating students in the practical aspect of CT training available for successful candidates who are currently training in MRT graduates are welcome!

Travel is a requirement of this position

Primary Responsibilities

- Meet a standard of education with the required knowledge, skills and judgment to perform competently and professionally as a Medical Radiation Technologist

- Perform high quality General Imaging procedures using digital equipment in a fast-paced environment
