[XC] プロジェクトマネージャー / Customer Project Manager

JOEM向けプロジェクトのプロジェクト管理を担当頂きます。CPjMのGlobal community と協力しながら、業務を遂行頂きます。

• プロジェクト管理及びプロジェクト目標の達成
• プロジェクトにおける顧客調整・連絡窓口
• 製品開発のプロセスを通して、プロジェクトに関する計画、管理、調整、モニタリングを行う
• 品質に関わる会議やレビューなどの計画、準備
• プロジェクト状況に関してマネジメントへの報告活動
• コアチームの指導及びプロジェクトチームの育成

Project management for JOEM project, collaborating with CPjM global community. 

• Managing customer projects and achieving the project goals
• Being a key contact to the customer
• Planning, controlling, coordinating and monitoring a customer project throughout the product development process
• Planning and preparing the Quality Gate meetings/reviews and reporting the project status to the management
• Leading the project core team and developing the project team
