xDR Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role

Join the Global GTM Sales Development Operations team at Zendesk, where you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and strategic impact of our top-of-funnel motion. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to align with the sales leader for Asia Pacific, using data to accelerate growth and optimize workflows.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Asia Pacific sales leader to provide operational support and data-driven insights.
• Drive data analytics and sales operations initiatives.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and perform ad-hoc analytics tasks specifically for the SDR/BDR teams and leadership.
• Resolve data quality issues within the initial funnel stages (Lead/Contact/Account).
• Respond to and resolve ticket escalations within Zendesk.
• Analyze key top-of-funnel metrics, including lead volumes, MQL, SQL, persistence, activity metrics, conversio...
