1.通过SAP系统，及时、准确地录入客户订单及订单预测数据，并同步维护客。户需求的调整与变化；适时查询交货期，***时间回复客户；如期安排出货。同时维护SAP系统客户相关信息。
2. 处理送货过程中与物流相关事宜。
3. 跟进客户交货期。与工厂确认生产状况，协调客户需求，达成指定交货日，提高顾客满意度。
4. 与OS共同监控销售库存，按照公司规定和客户要求，确保合理库存存量。
5. 处理客户账务核对，及时申请开票，调整A/R、与OS共同回收货款。
6. 协助OS及公司其他相关部门处理相关业务。
7. 及时，准确地完成部门经理交办的其他任务。

1. Deal with customer orders and check order information, input into the system accurately in timely manner. Deal with the cancellation or renewal of customer order.
2. Complete the shipment through SAP in timely manner.
3. Follow up and reply the delivery date for customer order. Confirm production status with the factory, negotiate with the customer to meet designated delivery date.
4. Update and maintenance system data in timely manner.
5. Monitor the sales inventory and ensure the appropriate inventory according to the company guideline.
