Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Yacht Crew / Skipper to join our operations team. This is a full-time position based at Keppel Marina, responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and guest experience onboard a luxury 56-foot catamaran.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate the 56-ft catamaran safely in Singapore waters
• Ensure compliance with MPA regulations, safety standards, and procedures
• Conduct pre-departure checks and routine vessel inspections
• Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the yacht
• Provide safety briefings and assist guests onboard
• Deliver a professional and high-quality charter experience
• Coordinate with operations team on schedules and charter requirements
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations
