The person in this role greets and efficiently responds to customer needs in the lumber yard in a personalized and courteous manner. They confirm the accuracy of orders and handle complaints and returns. They receive merchandise from various suppliers using a forklift. They restock shelves, manage inventory, and inspect for damages. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the yard by keeping service areas clear of debris, snow, and other obstructions, and they follow health and safety procedures.
