Yard Coordinator & Civil Allrounder (Hybrid role)

We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Yard Coordinator / Civil Allrounder to join our team in a hybrid role that combines yard duties with hands-on work across civil projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day - splitting time between managing yard operations and supporting crews onsite as a labourer or operator.

About the Role
This is a 80/20 split role between:

• Yard-based work (Gold Coast): 80%
  • Forklift operation
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Yard organisation and general upkeep
  • Truck driving
• Civil site support (Southside projects): 20%
  • Labouring duties
  • Machine operation (where ticketed)
  • Assisting crews as required
