Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team of subcontract engineers/administrators.

Ensure the subcontract administration procedure is implemented and followed by subcontractors.

Initiate and respond to letters and notices to and from Subcontractors as needed.

Monitor the performance of Subcontractors.

Support the project management team in identifying any variations or claims affecting the project program and forecasts, including delays and costs.
