Yarn In-Charge – Store Department

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all yarn dispatch activities and ensure timely issuance as per approved requirements.
• Prepare and process OGP in ERP (Oracle) for all yarn dispatches.
• Maintain daily stock reports on a count-wise and date-wise basis.
• Ensure proper yarn stacking as per count, lot, and FIFO requirements.
• Monitor and reconcile physical stock with ERP stock on a regular basis.
• Prepare and process GRN in ERP after physical verification of received yarn.
• Supervise loading of yarn for local and in-house transfers.
• Conduct monthly stock taking and present reports to management

Qualifications

• FA / BA (Minimum)

Experience

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in yarn store management within a textile manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably textile ERP).
