• Structured literacy and numeracy strengths – proven experience in delivering foundational structured literacy (BSLA preferred) and numeracy programmes that give every child the best start.
• A heart for whanaungatanga – a natural ability to build deep, respectful, and trusting relationships with our tamariki and whānau.
