Yellow Card Safety Supervisor

Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, this Yellow Card Safety Supervisor role is a critical position within the Health, Safety and Environment team at Hong Teck Engineering Sdn Bhd . Based in Johor Bahru, Johor , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety across all construction projects. This is a full-time position.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting daily site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate safety hazards
• Providing on-site safety training and toolbox talks to educate workers on safe work practices
• Investigating and reporting on all incidents, accidents and near misses
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with project managers to integrate safety considerations into construction planning
