YMCA BC (YBC) is part of a global movement and a unified provincial organization serving communities across British Columbia. Formed in 2023 through the unification of three Ys across the province, YBC reflects the belief that—by coming together—the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Today, YMCA BC is a $100-million organization with 2,400 staff, operations in over 55 communities, real estate assets of $540 million, and an $85-million endowment supporting long-term impact.
