Become a YMCA Camp One to One Counsellor and foster inclusivity at the Jerry McCaw Family Centre. This role supports children with special needs through dedicated engagement and program development.
As part of the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario team, you will be instrumental in providing personalized support to campers. Your responsibilities include managing behavioral incidents, facilitating inclusive activities, and maintaining regular communication with families. Engage actively in all camp events while ensuring a safe environment through adherence to health and safety protocols.
