YMCA Case Manager for Childcare Services

Enhance childcare programs with the YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford as a Case Manager. This role involves empowering staff to foster an inclusive atmosphere for all children.

In this full-time position, you will report to the General Manager of Inclusion Services and deliver critical support across various departments, including School Age Child Care and Community Outreach. Responsibilities entail assessing programs, creating individualized plans, and facilitating training sessions. You will need to communicate effectively while maintaining strong partnerships with community organizations to support diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide staff in establishing inclusive program environments
• Create individualized plans using strength-based strategies
• Conduct observations and provide actionable support plans
• Coordinate with Early Learning Child Care managers
• Source relevant resources to promote inclusion
