Yong Pung How Research Fellow (1-year contract), CCLA

Job Description This position is forCentre for Commercial Law in Asia (CCLA). The Fellow must be in residence at SMU throughout the term of his or her appointment. The Fellow must conduct research with a well-defined research agenda during the term of the appointment (60% of the Fellow's portfolio) in order to secure a faculty position at a reputable Law School. It is expected that the Fellow will publish research papers in reputable refereed journals during his or her term of the appointment and give at least one Research Seminar at SMU annually. The Fellow will be expected to be collegial and assist in the administration work of CCLA at SMU which includes the organisation of seminars and conferences or other events for SMU and the writing of reports and position papers.
