Our Manual Machine Opertors (MMO)...

+ Set up and operate various equipment used in performing machining operations such as drilling, tapping, milling, broaching, tap removal and grinding on a variety of materials.
+ Receives instruction and work assignments from Process Supervisor or Self-Directed Work Team.
+ Handles material to and from work area, using jib or overhead cranes or other material handling equipment, as required.
+ Refers to work instructions, sketches, manuals, books, charts, military specifications and process sheets.
+ Performs checks and/or adjustments to processes as required to maintain tolerances.
+ Performs deburring operations with an assortment of tools.
+ Performs checks on equipment to maintain efficient and safe operations and reports any deficiencies.
+ Keeps work area safe and clean.
