As a Young Graduate, you will join an intensive two-year program during which you will get to know our company and acquire operational experience within Operations. You will have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in the heart of our company and contribute to our expansion projects, in Belgium or abroad. 

During the 2nd year, you will also join forces with all Young Graduates to work on a cross functional project of strategic importance, sponsored by our Executive Committee.
