Young Person Support Worker

Job Description

This is a permanent position based in Rochdale supporting young people in a residential home. The age group is 16-18 Care Leaver support.

Although permanent, we are looking for someone who can start very quickly on a temp to perm basis.

If you have a dbs on the update service then you can start quickly on a temp to permanent basis, 12 weeks temp going perm after that.

Whilst temping the hourly rate will be 15.50 ph + sleeps

The salary when permanent will be 28-32k a year depending on level 3 / experience.

Essential Criteria

NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People Or Health and Social Care

Must have experience supporting young people in a residential setting

Preferred Criteria

Driving License
