Role Description
This program is a year-long programme that takes aspiring young talents through a series of structured development programs and job rotations. This program seeks to maximize the successful applicants' exposure towards Chin Hin Group's businesses industries and give them a broad overview as well as tailored guidance on how we operate.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering
Minimum CGPA 3.30
Less than 2 years of working experience
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Teamwork mindset and ability to cooperate
Good communication and leadership skills
