The Repair Engineer will be responsible for developing, industrializing, and supporting capability setups and repair solutions for a Part 145 MRO shop. This role ensures the shop can support new repair capabilities in compliance with airworthiness regulations, OEM standards, and customer requirements—enabling cost-effective, reliable, and regulatory-compliant repair solutions.

What You Can Expect of the Job

• You'll lead technical setup for new repair capabilities, including equipment selection, tooling requirements, test bench specifications, and process flow definition.
