Job Description


The Service Contract Manager is responsible for profitability monitoring, identifying risks/loss and propose mitigating solutions with the stakeholders within LSI. They would also work closely with the internal sales team and the global Service Contract Manager community within the Liebherr Group.

What You Can Expect of the Job


  • You'll provide support during bids, proposals and actively contribute to contract negotiations.
  • You'll analyse all risks, requirements, terms and conditions in contracts and ensure compliance with corporate objectives and legislative requirements.
  • You'll develop a set of standard contracts and maintain database for contract management system.
  • You'll actively manage formal contract handover (from acquisition into operational phase) after contract award.
  • You'll track progress and ensure timely performance, smooth operations and consistent meeting of contractual obligations/KPIs.
