Assesss client behaviour, emotional and mental status through knowledge of mental health disorders. Monitor and observe clients in the therapeutic milieu, and develop and implement teaching interventions as required. Perform mental status exams as required and document pertinent data. Contribute to the development, revision and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Document pertinent client information such as admission histories, interventions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
