Youth Care Practitioner

Position Overview

PERMANENT, FULL-TIME & PART-TIME

The Youth Care Practitioner (YCP) focuses on the developmental needs of children and youth they work with. They assess client and program needs, design and implement programs, and create planned environments. YCPs integrate developmental, preventive, and therapeutic requirements as outlined by individual care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, social workers, psychologists, foster care workers, teachers, and other professionals.
