Youth Care Worker

Summary:

Axis Family Resources Ltd. is hiring Part Time Youth Care Worker to provide daily support, comfort, and encouragement to the Persons Served (child or youth) under the care of a therapeutic caregiver provider. The main duty of this role is to ensure the child’s physical and emotional safety and provide care to the unique needs of the person served.

You will promote a positive and healthy environment that supports our persons served towards achieving educational, social, and recreational goals while focusing on daily life skills development. Resiliency, empathy, patience, and the ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries are qualities of people who establish a meaningful career with Axis.
