In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families at the welcome desk. Engage with kids and parents to ensure they feel comfortable and informed about our offerings. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining a friendly and organized front area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome families and children as they arrive
• Create positive impressions of our programs
• Provide information on camps and memberships
• Answer questions and facilitate understanding
• Distribute promotional materials effectively
• Assist with sign-ups at the welcome desk
• Keep the front desk area orderly and inviting
• Coordinate communication with coaches and staff
