Peak Performance International (PPI) is a purpose-driven Kenyan organisation in a growth and rebuilding phase. We are looking for a commercially minded builder, not a corporate manager, to help grow enrollments, partnerships, and revenue for our youth programs.
This is NOT a high fixed-salary role.
It is ideal for someone who believes in earning upside through results.

School partnerships
Institutional collaborations
You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to build demand, close partnerships, and scale revenue.
