Youth Homelessness Caseworker

We are seeking dedicated Caseworkers to join a growing transitional housing and tenancy support program assisting young people aged 16–24 who are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing homelessness.

This outreach-based role supports young people to stabilise their housing, strengthen independent living skills, and build sustainable pathways toward long-term accommodation.

About the Role

You will work directly with young people in the community across the Nepean, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury regions, providing structured, strengths-based case management and practical tenancy support.
