The Basics

• Youth Mentor / Regional Team Lead (we call it Senior Programme Coordinator)
• Luton and Stevenage
• £28,000 - £34,000 per year
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, including up to two evenings per week until 7pm

Please note: We are a place-based organisation and are keen to build a team rooted in the communities we serve. We are therefore looking for someone who lives in Luton/Stevenage.

What you'll be doing

As Senior Programme Coordinator, you'll help make sure that support reaches as many young people as possible and that it's delivered to a consistently high standard.

You'll lead a small team of sports coaches and youth mentors, helping them plan great sessions, develop their practice and overcome the day-to-day challenges that come with the job.
