Job Description
Facilitate transformative youth experiences as a Youth Program Leader. Drive program delivery and operational functions at various seasonal camps, prioritizing safety and engagement.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall operations of youth programs related to sports and recreation. Reporting to the Manager of Athletics and Recreation Operations, you will guide program activities and ensure compliance with policies. A background in youth programming is advantageous as you design lesson plans and offer a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise activities for youth participants
• Coordinate program events and logistics
• Create and deliver engaging camp lesson plans
• Ensure safe environments and respond to incidents
• Collaborate on organized program setups and breakdowns
