Youth Support Worker

APM is continuing its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Hornsby, NSW office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
