Youth Volunteer Coordinator - Summer 2026

Elevate community service engagement in Brandon by becoming the Summer of Service Program Coordinator. Oversee volunteer initiatives and mentor youth leaders in the program from June to August 2026.

This position involves coordinating a variety of community projects and volunteer opportunities for youth. You will take on a mentorship role, guiding volunteers and ensuring effective communication with community partners. A focus on leadership and team building will be central to the program's success and participant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Summer of Service daily activities and mentorship sessions
• Facilitate volunteer planning and coordination
• Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Support onboarding and training for volunteers
• Monitor program participation and tackle emerging challenges
