The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Engage and provide support for students with at-risk
behaviours. This includes (but is not limited to):
. To engage and support a number of identified at-risk students
during school (where appropriate) as well as after school hours.
Support can include exploring their goals and strengths, building
their problem-solving and decision-making skills, and helping them
manage relational conflicts.
. Working in collaboration with our team of school counsellors and
Special Educational Needs (SEN) officers to respond to
meltdowns or incidents in class for identified students.
. To provide pre and post counselling support/reflections for
students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
. To support counselling team in providing triaging and basic
counselling support for other students where necessary.
2. Strengthen ecosystem of support for identified at-risk
students
