Youth Worker (Woodlands)

Youth Worker

Salary: $18–$22 per hour

Location: School-based assignment

Contract: 12 Months (Jul 2026 – Jul 2027)

Extension: Option to extend for an additional year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

• Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience working with youths, adolescents, or students requiring additional support
• Experience in schools, social service agencies, youth programmes, or mentoring initiatives is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to engage positively with students and support behavioural development
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining documentation records
