Job Opportunity – Youth Workforce Development Lead (CPSIP)

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Contract: 2-year project-based - subject for renewal/ absorption if good performance

Overview:
The Youth Workforce Development Lead will play a pivotal role in implementing and improving the Child Path Scaling-Up Implementation Project (CPSIP) for youth aged 19–24. Reporting to the Program Manager, the role oversees a small team and collaborates closely with internal and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational and global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee local plans and budgets for youth workforce interventions.
• Lead and manage the Employment Partnership Specialist and Employment Field Officer(s).
• Build partnerships with public, private, and civil society actors to expand employment and training opportunities for youth.
